 At Accurate Knife Sharpening, what I do is
 allow you to have your blades the sharpest
 to perform at their best for you.

 Knives are designed to last a lifetime, so
 obviously a well used knife will need to be
 sharpened on a regular basis.

 The saying goes, " A Sharp Knife is Safer
 than a Dull One . . .", and with good reason
 the use of the sharp knife knows it is far
 less forgiving in careless handling and that
 means the user must respect the knife for
 that reason, which in essence makes for
 a safer tool.

 I focus mainly on pocket knives, hunting 
 knives, kitchen cutlery, butcher's knives,
 and hatchets and axes.
